I waited until I had my XL650 setup and had reloaded several hundred rounds of 45ACP before commenting. Yes, it is slightly wobbly (I have carpet, which may be the cause). Yes, there are more stable reloading platforms with much more surface area for components, but they will be much heavier, much larger, and permanent of semi-permanent. HOWEVER ... if you have limited space (like me - an apartment dweller) and know it will not be a permanent setup due to always moving or needing to be mobile (I move a lot in my job), then it is FANTASTIC! The five stars are for those reasons. It is perfect for me. I use bags of lead bullets as counterweights on the opposite side base to help counteract any overturning force (moment) as I work, and they help. (I got tired of the more laborious cleaning after shooting lead; thus, the lead bullets have been put to better use. I now use Berry, Rainer or X-treme copper plated bullets.) I strongly encourage anyone with limited space to seriously consider this reloading stand. The Dillon Precision XL650 I use is not a small reloader. It is a large progressive press that pumps out hundreds of rounds per hour, yet it functions fine on this stand. And to further merit the 5 star rating, the stand is very low priced considering its functionality, strength, and general perfect application for folks who do not have the space for a large permanent setup. Frankly, even it I did have the space, etc., the bullet quality would be no better than what I can produce using this reloading stand. The ONLY thing I wish they would change is to add a half-inch or so more width so that the Dillon Strong Mount can be used. I wanted to use it but ended up having to mount the XL650 directly to the stand. However, in my opinion that didn't warrant a lower rating since it functions fine as is.
